Districts across the state have purchased automated trapping and thermal control equipment, and have contracted with a local Hog Control Custodian (HCC) to provide services to landowners and producers in the district.

Local Conservation Districts help farmers try out a number of conservation practices by purchasing equipment and making it available to rent either through the Conservation District or partner agencies. Some Districts offer no-till drills, PVC pond pipe systems and repair parts, as well as geotextile fabric for agricultural and road use.
