Jim Bradley, a resident of Cuthbert, Ga, is happily married to Michelle Bradley, and they have one son, Matt Bradley. He earned a degree in forestry from ABAC and has experience in agriculture, conservation, and forestry.

Judith "Judy" Rulison-Northcutt
Judy was raise in Massachusetts on her family’s small farm where they raised chickens, pigs, and cattle. That is where she developed her desire to help preserve the land. Judy has a long career in the banking and management and after living on an island in the Florida Keys for over 20 years she moved to Georgia where she rekindled her love for the land. Judy has worked part time with NRCS for the last 2 years under the ACES program, and with her extensive knowledge in banking and experience with all types of contracts, she has been able to successful assist with existing contracts and help develop new ones. Working with GACD has combined her banking/ management knowledge and Georgia’s Conservation Services to help educate and implement practices to preserve our most valued resources.

Serina Wheat, District Program Assistant
Serina Wheat, a resident of Americus, Ga, recently moved from Hilliard, FL just north of Jacksonville. She has a son that is looking forward to graduating in a couple of years and a daughter that is starting college this fall. She has always enjoyed the outdoors and is looking forward to helping with the conservation of our land to preserving it for many more generations.
